They comprise of 22 units of warehouses that are divided into two type, Type A (1 ½ storey) and Type B (2 storey). The warehouses are available for rent and are ready for immediate occupation.
Type A (1 ½ storey) Block C consists of 10 units of warehouses. For each unit, the ground floor is 2,988 ft² and upper floor is 1,347 ft². Type B (2 storey) Block D consists of 12 units of warehouses. For each unit, the ground floor is 1,733 ft² and upper floor is 1,733 ft².
