Handing assistance to the ASNAF group in Kg Bariawa Ulu, Keningau through Sabah Energy Corporation’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, on 11 December, 2021. In this program, SEC provided contributions to 57 eligible recipients. Datuk Annuar Ayub, SEC Chairman together with Mr. David Miller, Head of SEC’s Legal division, and Puan Dayang Kamariah, Head of Human Resource was also presence in this program. 

On the 9^th of May, 2021, SEC Chairman, Datuk Annuar Ayub handing over of the completed house key to Mr. Ladius Umil in Kampung Jaya Baru, Keningau. This house is part of the “Corporate Social Responsibility contribution program by Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd.

Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. officiated the handover of RM45,000.00 upgraded school hostel and surau in Sipitang through its Corporate Social Responsibility Program(CSR)

The Handing-Over Ceremony of the upgrade surau for SK Kawang, Sipitang and SK Ulu, Sipitang respectively was officiated by SEC’s Chairman, Datuk Hj. Ramlee Dua on 12th August 2020.

Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd donated school bags, school supplies and dictionaries to 700 underprivileged and orphan students in Semporna

SEMPORNA, 22 February 2020: Education plays a very important role in the development of a country. Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd (SEC) is mindful and supportive of this and has organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, “Ceria Ke Sekolah” together with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) / Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB). Total of 1,200 underprivileged students from Semporna District attended the program.

700 underprivileged and orphan students received school bags, school supplies, dictionaries and pocket money from SEC. Meanwhile, TNB / SESB donated the same items to the remaining 500 underprivileged students.

The “Ceria Ke Sekolah” Program was officiated by Sabah’s Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal in Dewan Masyarakat Semporna on Saturday (February 22).

29th April 2019: SEC through its CSR project handed the completed upgrading of Tadika KEMAS, Sipitang to KEMAS. The handing over was carried out in a simple ceremony, officiated by YB Datuk Dr. Yusof Yacob witnessed by SEC Board of Directors, SEC CEO Datuk Harun Ismail, Management and staff, parents, official from KEMAS and Majlis and Pejabat Daerah officials.

SEC through its CSR project on 7^th February 2019 handed over the completed upgraded Community kitchen at Kg. Lumampau, Sipitang in a simple ceremony. The handing over was officiated by YB Datuk Dr. Yusof Yacob, Minister of Education and Innovation who is also the assemblyman for Sindumin. The ceremony was witnessed by the Sipitang District Community Leaders, Datuk Ramlee Dua (SEC Chairman), Datuk Harun Hj. Ismail (SEC CEO), SEC Senior Management and staff.

This CSR programme is one of SEC effort and aimed at giving back to the community in the state. The upgraded Community Kitchen will benefit the local community where they could utilise the facilities and amenities for their community programmes and activities.
