Ranhill Powertron Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Powertron Resources Sdn Bhd) is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) which is jointly owned by Ranhill Group Sdn Bhd and Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd.
It owns and operates a 190 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant also known as Teluk Salut Power Plant located at Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Petro-Pipe (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. is a Joint-Venture company owned by Asiana Emas Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wah Seong Corporation Bhd) and Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. It was set up in 2007 for the manufacture and sales of spiral welded pipes for the oil and gas industry.

Ranhill Powertron II Sdn Bhd is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) that owns and operates Rugading Power Plant, a 190 MW Combined Cycle Gas Fired Power Plant located in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP), which is approximately 25 km from Kota Kinabalu , Sabah.
